PageDNA is great about implementing new stuff all the time. I'd say it's the best service I have ever used for that reason alone. So many companies promise upgrades, improvements, and even ask their customers for suggestions, but they do nothing. PageDNA is the only company that I have ever worked with that actually delivers the goods.

Going from PrintChannel to your system is like a dream come true. I can't even think of any feature requests, everything is going so well. Your team is amazing. Your system is BY FAR the best I've ever seen as far as getting a site up and running. It is more technical, but not in a bad way. If you have the right person building the sites, you can go a long way quickly. Your company is run very similar to our own in that we bend over backwards to make our customer happy. Sometimes, it is to our detriment as we've found that customers come to expect a lot more from us, but we consider that a good thing. Your company is very similar in that. I don't feel that your customer service can be compared to any other I've seen in the industry.

You are a tremendous asset to our company and want all of you to know that. Without your systems, we would never have been able to grow as fast as we have and attract the types of clients we do.

Recently I've had to use the Printable Order system to order some Business Cards. I hate it! PageDNA is so much easier to use!

What a robust system you folks have developed! Not only is it simple and straight forward for me to setup all of my customer's products, but I can do it completely on my own. The wizards make it a breeze! I love the flexibility. I can change and tweak almost any aspect of the entire system - on the fly - anywhere - and make it appear as though I developed this specifically for my customer. It has been very impressive making customer requested changes while I sit with them in their office. Although I don't have any programming or web development experience, your intuitive online admin functions have made me look like a wizard. The best feature: you listen to your customers needs and implement their recommendations. You'll never get that from software out of a box! I look forward to receiving the monthly update list of all the modifications and improvements you have made to the system that month based upon customer feedback. It shows that you are constantly striving for perfection.

A special thank-you to your customer support team. They have shown me how to make the most of the system and how to tweak it to do exactly what I want it to do. Thanks for answering all my questions so promptly - I have never felt that I am in this alone. Your dedication to customer service is outstanding!

We have only been working with PageDNA for several months. We have launched three customer sites and have three others in design.

We launched one new site for a client during the week of 8/23/2004. In the first two days we received over 140 orders for business cards. We were able to process and ship these within two days which would have been impossible without their software.

Progressive Solutions is very pleased with the PageDNA system. The flexibility of the system is only exceeded by the amazing technical support provided by the engineers at PageDNA.

We have made many requests including some which were outside the scope of how the system is designed. We have had incredible response from PageDNA to all of our requests.

We plan on launching more sites with the PageDNA system in the coming year.

The administration tools are simple, easy to use and intuitive in most cases. This makes it easy and very quick to get a preliminary site up and running for a client to demo and or begin to use.

PageDNA's administration tools are great. They allow me to customize all my clients' sites just right. Very easy to navigate once you learn where everything is.

My favorite feature is the Online Documentation because it lets find answers myself using keywords. I tend to retain information better when it is written down and i can read the docs while performing the operation.

Other features I like include the Item Wizard, which does so much of the work for me when setting up a new item and also Order Tracking because it makes it so easy for our customers to find status on each order. Clients using it don't have to know their order number every time, which really lessens the emails to our company wanting information on an order.
